Withdrawal Policy

At Algos Asset Manager, we are committed to providing our users with a quick, seamless, and secure platform for managing their Fixed Income Product. As such, we have put in place the following policy for withdrawals to ensure that our users can easily access their funds anywhere. 

How to Withdraw from 

Log in to your account on Algos Asset Manager, and go to the WITHDRAW tab. 

  1. Add your banking details, ensuring that the account holder name is the same as the name on your Algos Asset Manager, account.
  2. Input the amount of money you wish to withdraw.
  3. Take a clear selfie, which will be used to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
  4. Click on the Withdraw button to initiate the transaction.

Withdrawal Process:

  1. All withdrawals are subject to the South African Banking Laws.
  2. Withdrawals may take up to 72 hours to reflect in your account.
  3. If you do not receive your withdrawal after 72 hours, please send an email to support@algos-assets.co.za and quote the transaction number for assistance.
  4. Algos Asset Managers does not allow or approve withdrawals to any third-party accounts to ensure the security of your funds.
  5. Withdrawals can only be made in the Rands currency that you have deposited into your Algos Asset Managers site.
